GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- THE LESSON:
Each lesson lasts 55 minutes. In the case of two or more consecutive hours, the lesson ends 10 minutes before the full hour or half-hour and takes place in all weather conditions.
Participation in courses and private lessons is only permitted upon presentation of the course ticket. If the minimum number of participants for a group course is not reached, the school reserves the right to reduce the number of lesson hours or merge students into another group.
Parents of minors must arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before the end of the course or private lesson. If parents arrive too late, underage students will be accompanied by the ski instructor to the office of the Skischule Seiser Alm Kastelruth-Seis-Völs. For the best outcome of the lesson and the safety of the student, parents are asked to inform the school or the instructor of any physical or psychological conditions of the child.
In the event of a complete closure of the ski lifts, missed lessons will not be refunded. Courses and private lessons booked but not attended will not be refunded.
The lesson price does not include equipment or ski pass.
Please note that skiers must have valid insurance covering civil liability for damage or injury caused to third parties (pursuant to Art. 30 Legislative Decree No. 40/2021). It is also recommended to take out personal accident insurance.
Ski schools do not fall under the category of amateur sports associations indicated in Art. 90 para. 17 et seq. of Law 289/2002. Lessons for children between 5 and 18 years do not entitle parents to tax deductions under Art. 15 para. 1 of Presidential Decree No. 917/86.
The Ski School guarantees maximum confidentiality of data provided for tax purposes; such data may be used to send commercial information. If you do not wish to receive such information, please notify us.
